Mr. Digneo has nearly 30 years of experience performing and overseeing geotechnical and construction phase projects and is a licensed Professional Geologist in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over the years Mr. Digneo has started and managed Geotechnical Departments at five firms in the past and is now the President of Digneo Engineering. As President, he is responsible for client relations, business development and quality assurance of all the firm's projects. He also drives the management, strategic planning and profitability efforts for the firm. Furthermore, his extensive Geotechnical and Geological experience, as well as Construction Phase inspection and materials testing experience, also serve as the firm's technical base.

Mr. Giunta serves as the Geotechnical Division Director at Digneo Engineering, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience providing practical field, laboratory and professional experience in geotechnical engineering. He has experience with projects such as high-rise condominiums and office buildings, retail centers, distribution centers, DOT bridges, industrial projects, marine facilities, roadway projects, dams and landfills. Mr. Giunta is a licensed Professional Engineer in 14 states focused on the east coast, and a Geologist-in-Training. He has been responsible for all phases of geotechnical work including project management, coordination of various phases of projects, supervision of field, laboratory and engineering personnel, analysis, report preparation, consultation and construction monitoring.

Mr. DeFeo is a Project Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in geotechnical investigation and project management. His skills include overseeing subcontractors, laboratory analyses, engineering data, and report prep, focusing on rock mechanics and foundation design. He also has over 10 years as a Senior Geotechnical Specialist with expertise in foundation recommendations, site assessments, groundwater monitoring, and laboratory testing. In the field, he conducts subsurface investigations and construction monitoring. Mr. DeFeo’s project management responsibilities include scheduling, contract review and preparation, cost analysis and proposal preparation, client relations, review of engineering drawings, and preparation of project specifications.
