Mr. Digneo has nearly 30 years of experience performing and overseeing geotechnical and construction phase projects and is a licensed Professional Geologist in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over the years Mr. Digneo has started and managed Geotechnical Departments at five firms in the past and is now the President of Digneo Engineering. As President, he is responsible for client relations, business development and quality assurance of all of the firm's projects. He also drives the management, strategic planning and profitability efforts for the firm. Furthermore, his extensive Geotechnical and Geological experience, as well as Construction Phase inspection and materials testing experience, also serve as the firm's technical base.

Mr. Jost, Director of Geotechnical Services, has 19 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering services. As the Director of Geotechnical Services, Mr. Jost is responsible for project and client management and the overall management of the Geotechnical Division. Mr. Jost is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. He has gained geotechnical design experience on projects ranging from single and multi-family residential buildings to low and high-rise commercial buildings, small embankment dams, bridges, excavation shoring, underground utility systems, communication towers and many other types of structures. His technical responsibilities include development and implementation of all geotechnical field investigations as well as oversight of all field staff and project management of all construction phase services. Mr. Jost also provides report preparation and review of all reports generated for all other services provided by the geotechnical division.
